Absolutely perfect venue and incredible team. We could not have imagined a better venue than Winding Hills, and our experience was made truly exceptional thanks to Heather, the day-of coordinator and venue manager. Heather went so far above and beyond in every possible way! She was calm, attentive, proactive, and genuinely cared about every detail of our day. When I accidentally stained my dress, Heather literally helped rub chalk into it to fix the stain. That moment alone says everything about the level of care and dedication she brings. She is an absolute gem and a huge reason our day went so smoothly. The food was outstanding. Our guests are still talking about it. Everything was delicious and beautifully executed. One of the things guests loved most about Winding Hills was how well the space worked for everyone. There were fireside chats happening for quieter conversations, kids hanging out happily on the patio, older guests enjoying the indoor spaces, and the partiers out on the dance floor in the tent. The layout made it easy for everyone to enjoy the celebration in their own way, and guests raved about the different spaces all night and afterward. Winding Hills is a beautiful, well-run, and incredibly thoughtful venue, but what truly sets it apart is the people, especially Heather. Winding Hills is by far the best venue to get married. When we were first looking for a location, the beauty of this place stood out to us immediately. Everywhere you look has beautiful flowers and greenery in addition to the welcoming patio area. The food for both the cocktail hour and reception were a big hit among the guests. To top it all off, the service was unmatched. Heather, Melyssa, and team handle of every small detail with great care and ensure your day is stress-free. The staff during the wedding were super friendly and welcoming to our guests. We cannot thank Winding Hills enough for providing us and our guests with such a great experience. Our Son and new Daughter in Law hosted the most beautiful wedding on June 25th! I really can’t even put into words how very beautiful this location is for a summer wedding! The natural beauty of the grounds combined with the well placed landscaping and decor is just stunning! The staff comes together to make it a most enjoyable experience! The smiles on all of the staff faces says a lot about a venues overall vibe! The food was delicious! Bartenders met some very personal needs for the Bride and Groom! “When my now husband and I were searching for our venue, this was the only one we toured and we booked our date the same day. Not only is the property beautiful, you are also getting the most out of your money. Throughout the planning process, Heather kept in touch, answered all of our questions, and set up a meeting to discuss final details as we neared our wedding day. Despite being in the middle of a heat wave, the day was everything we could’ve asked for. Heather and the venue were so accommodating with last minute changes and making sure our guests were staying safe and hydrated in the heat. My husband and I received so many compliments throughout the night regarding the beautiful grounds and how delicious the drinks, food, and cake was. We can’t recommend this venue enough!”

Micro Wedding Bride
Our experience at The Venue at Winding Hills was absolutely amazing. Although we had a micro wedding, we were treated with the same care and attention as if we had 200 guests. Throughout the planning process, the staff was always accommodating, flexible, and supportive. They were incredibly proactive, even anticipating potential weather issues and having solutions ready. The grounds were breathtaking and the food was spectacular. We also rented The Ferns, and it was a beautiful, relaxing space to get ready and unwind with our adult children. A special thank you goes to our wedding coordinator, Heather, who truly went above and beyond. Her attention to detail and dedication allowed us to relax and fully enjoy our wedding day. Dinner Party Host
From start to finish, everything was seamless. The venue itself is breathtaking, the grounds immaculately manicured. Every single appetizer was beautifully presented, tasty and in abundance! A 3 course dinner followed, which was excellent, served by staff that were cheerful, polite and extremely attentive.There is plenty to choose from. Something for every palate.

Winter Wedding
From our initial consultation to my back and forth on what kind of event I actually wanted, to the flawless execution on our special day I cannot say enough about how amazing the team is at The Venue at Winding Hills!
As an event planner, I knew from the moment I met Nicole and the team that I didn’t have to worry or follow up constantly on the details. They took my vision and executed it to perfection…during a very busy holiday season! The room was set exactly as discussed, the service was outstanding and the food was to die for! All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves and at the end of the day, that is what matters most!

“We had the best day ever at The Venue! After my husband saw the gorgeous renovations, we booked our 75-guest wedding sight unseen, and it was perfect. When our guest transportation ran late, Nicole and Delaney handled everything flawlessly and kept me completely stressed-free.
They were incredibly accommodating, even suggesting we move the ceremony to The Patio to better fit my father’s and father-in-law’s wheelchairs, which made the moment beautifully intimate. The food was simply AMAZING—our guests and kids raved about everything, and the staff even set aside a plate of hors d’oeuvres just for us. The entire crew was professional, organized, and genuinely wonderful. Beautiful people, beautiful grounds—we highly recommend them!”

The staff was great and very helpful the day of our wedding our server who was just at the golf club for 3 days did an amazing job for us making sure we had everything we needed at all times. “Winding Hills was the perfect spot for our wedding! The staff were wonderful in helping coordinate everything from initial planning to the day of. Everything went smoothly and the grounds were absolutely stunning for the ceremony and pictures. I know it was out of our control, but we also had the perfect weather (though we did have a rain plan, just in case) The reception was well organized and perfect! I got numerous compliments on the venue and the food from my guests. We had nontraditional food, ribs, BBQ chicken, pulled pork, macaroni and cheese, corn bread, etc. Everything was amazing. Plus ice cream to complete the night. Everything was truly perfect, and I could not imagine having chosen any other location for our special day. The staff were always prepared for us, and the day of they had everything laid out perfectly for us, beer for the groomsmen when they arrived, champagne for the bridal party while waiting to start the ceremony, and food for the bridal party during the cocktail hour. Everything was just perfect!!!”

My husband and I attended a wine dinner last night and it was such a treat! The venue space is beautiful and cozy and the menu created by Chef Bond paired perfectly with all of the courses! The staff were so friendly and helpful and Chef Bond came out and checked on how we were enjoying our meal. It was such a fantastic experience and well worth the money for all the dinner included! Bridal Shower Host
We just had my daughters bridal shower here and it was awesome. The staff was so great, so attentive and friendly. The chef was amazing, coming out to the floor and make sure everything was good and the children that were there were taken care of. Food was so good and the room was beautiful. “I cannot say enough about Winding Hills Golf Club! My husband and I had our reception there on June 18, 2016 and we could not be happier with how everything turned out! The grounds are stunning, and the staff is amazing. From the beginning of the planning process, we felt like our dream wedding was unfolding before us, and we could not be happier. The staff was professional, and able to make our entire wedding experience personal and memorable! They were very accommodating and made sure everything on their end was taken care of the day of. Right when we got to the reception, we were immediately greeted by the smiling staff. Her staff was AMAZING and made sure each of my guests were satisfied. I cannot stress enough how Winding Hills made every detail perfect. Along with the actual tent that is stunning, the landscaping and areas surrounding the venue gave us endless picture opportunities.
